 Ayhan Dayoğlu is a mechanical engineer graduated from Yıldız Technical University (YTU), in 1988. He was awarded respectively MBA and Executive MBA degrees by YTU and Sabancı University.

Ayhan, started his career as the Daf Bus and Thermo King After Sales Service Manager at Boronkay, in 1992. Then, he started working as the Spare Parts and After Sales Manager of Temsa within Sabancı Holding, in 1998. Then, he moved to Adana where he worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for the sales and marketing of the bus group in Turkey. Afterwards, he was assigned as the Managing Director of Temsa in Egypt, and lived in Cairo until 2011.

After a long and instructional period at Temsa, Ayhan was assigned as the Vice Managing Director of the Department of Claims and Operations of Aksigorta. Ayhan was responsible for the management of Aksigorta’s 350-million dollar claims budget, and restructured the company’s claims and health operations in favor of the company’s growth and profitability.

Ayhan founded Arkeon Consulting Ltd. in August 2016 to help organizations deal with the damaging challenges they constantly encounter with. Arkeon has realized various projects with Flow Coaching (Sberbank / Denizbank, Toyota, Data Market, Girisim Factoring, Karinca Logistics, and Vestel), Ford Trucks, Prosell (for Monsanto Turkey), Smaftco, Kemahlıoğlu Plastik, Aksam, AIM (Emek Perçin), and Auto King.

Ayhan believes that productive/happy employees constitute the most significant factor in taking the steps the modern times require, and therefore gives special attention particularly to sharpen the skills of the individuals around him. Ayhan completed various coaching training programs including Gestalt Coaching, Gestalt Group Coaching, and Flow Team Coaching all accredited by ICF. Ayhan has over 700-hour corporate coaching and training experience.

Ayhan is an associate of Adizes Institute, and currently studying for a PhD degree in Management and Strategy.
